Interesting new movie has been released by P2P group PMCG. Nanking Nanking is a 2009 Chinese film directed by Lu Chuan, marking his third feature film. The film deals with the Battle of Nanjing and its aftermath (commonly referred to as “The Rape of Nanking” or the “Nanking Massacre”) during the Second Sino-Japanese War. Watching the trailer and sample I’ll give this a try as it looks very good. PMCG releases a nice 2cd rip with subs included!

City of Life and Death takes place in 1937, during the height of the Second Sino-Japanese War. The Imperial Japanese Army has just captured the then-capital of the Republic of China, Nanjing. What followed was known as the Nanking Massacre, or the Rape of Nanking, a period of several weeks wherein hundreds of thousands of Chinese soldiers and civilians were murdered. The film tells the story of several figures, both historical and fictional, including a Chinese soldier, a schoolteacher, a Japanese soldier, a foreign missionary, and John Rabe, a Nazi businessman who would ultimately save thousands of Chinese civilians.

BDP have released a interesting looking movie starring Jeff Goldblum and Willem Dafoe called Adam Resurrected. The movie has received some mixed reviews and is based of a 1968 novel with the same name.

“Adam Resurrected” follows the story of Adam Stein, a charismatic patient at a mental institution for Holocaust survivors in Israel, 1961. He reads minds and confounds his doctors. A Jewish circus entertainer is kept alive by the Nazis to entertain Jews as they march to their deaths. He ends up in an asylum for Holocaust survivors, fighting to survive the madness around him.

If you didn’t grab the R5 which was released a few months ago here’s the DVDRip. Echelon Conspiracy (formerly titled The Gift) is a 2009 action thriller film directed by Greg Marcks and starring Shane West, Edward Burns, and Ving Rhames. Quality is expected with this release by NO.

While on a business trip in Russia, young computer technician Max Peterson (West) receives a high-tech cell phone in the mail that dispenses advice via anonymous text messages. After initially writing the phone off as a promotional gift from the hotel, Peterson is saved from boarding a doomed airplane thanks to the warnings of the inexplicably omniscient device, and so he’s not entirely reluctant to try out its suggestions at a local casino. Naturally, this attracts the uneasy attentions of the casino’s security chief (Ed Burns), a burly FBI agent (Ving Rhames), the head of the NSA (Martin Sheen), and a beautiful, mysterious woman. Soon enough, the phone starts making death threats to Peterson and a sniper appears on the roof across from his hotel room. Rather than the over-the-top action scenarios of EAGLE EYE, its closest contemporary, ECHELON CONSPIRACY grounds most of its tension in behind-closed-doors plausibility.

Christian Blake is a 2008 film written and directed by Eoin Macken. This thriller stars Eoin Macken & Emmet Scanlan. Dark violent, psychological thriller, about a sociopath’s unrequited love with his best friend and the resulting tragedy re-awakened years later by a misguided journalist.

Her motives are otherwise however and her efforts at personal retribution simply result in awakening the anger dormant inside of him. The results are violent and catastrophic for all involved.

Yesterday Frado notified you about the R5 of X-Men Origins Wolverine. There were many problems with that release including SYNC issues. Wolverine lives a mutant life, seeks revenge against Victor Creed (who will later become Sabertooth) for the death of his girlfriend, and ultimately ends up going through the mutant Weapon X program. X-Men Origins: Wolverine is an upcoming superhero film based on the fictional Marvel Comics character Wolverine. The film is directed by Gavin Hood and stars Hugh Jackman as the title character. It is a prequel to the X-Men film trilogy, focusing on the mutant Wolverine and his time with Team X, before Wolverine’s skeleton was bonded with the indestructible metal adamantium. The film was mostly shot in Australia and New Zealand.
